You need to get your information straight. Doctors don't get "commisssions" from Pharmas

Yes the Medical community is often slow at picking up new technologies/ therapies. This is based more of the fact that they are generally very conservative in their approaches. They are also independent businesses and need to understand the benefits both financial and medical for expenses they incur.

I think you are a bit pessimistic about your timeline. If the web based system is shown to be efficient we should see a nice move before year end and a very nice 2019
