You completely missed the point of my post - which is why I'll ask this time - what is the point of your post? Do you think quantity of shares above and below a certain point have a correlation to something? If so, to what?

The numbers you've presented are meaningless.

TGIF's biggest singe day run occured when it was partly cloudy with a high of 43 farenheit - the next partly cloud day in the mid-40's is destined to be a great one! < That is literally the equivalent to the relevance of your post. 

If the freely tradeable owned average is 0.23, who cares whether 500mm or 2.5b traded above 0.40.
