RE:good info on seekingalpha too
  • Thanks for sharing Emile ... brings to mind one thing i wanted to point out with the private placement for JUVA shares for 0.35 investors get one share and one half warrant. Each warrant can be redeemed for 0.60 for the next 18 months....so upon redemption of the warrants investor would have received three shares of JUVA for 1.30 or 0.4333 per share
Also then to try and put aside the concerns others have presented heres

  • the Newco value will at least stay the same through whatever structure is put in place in my mind ( it is not written) 1 EW share = 1 Newco share then Mr Market will deteemine what the fair value of that is
  • for each EW share one held you would receive 0.1 JUVA shares. So assuming you had 1000 you will have 100 JUVA shares Using the private placement value of 0.35 per share you are ahead $35 again assuming Newco share value is maintained and I dont see any reason why it wouldnt. In fact given the price of Brent , the TAG numbers, and the on going NIS news im thinking it will rise at some point
  • as mentionned of course this all depends what Mr Market says when these 2 securities start trading again maybe the MJ industry goes up in smoke and busts ( doubt it but its possible)
  • more will be known of course when the filing is issued and we get the notice and ballots Im still thinking we are looking at the halt continuing til at least mid September if only because this has to go to shareholders for approval ... glta
