Some places I read For each share of Aurora you will get a new shares or portion of Australis plus warrants.. A bit confused by ratio, one website was quoting- 1 for 1, another 4 Aurora for 1 Australis, another 20 for 1.... The shares will be valued around $0.20 each as they are issued. Plus you will get warrants to buy more (don't know yet amount), Australis is spin-off of US unit of Aurora. It's tricky to provide service in
