convertible debenture???Why buy the bonds when you could buy the stock???The fact remains the stock goes down everytime their is news.Its seems Andre Boulay the president has little credibility with his shareholder base.The investment community is not covinced by his ability to move forward reflected by the stock price.Any comments would be appreciated from management on behalf of shareholders!!!
