The only MJ Value stock?
Somehow we have the only value stock in the MJ industry...

below book value... 0.86

P/E debatable but looks crazy low once we have established some earnings history

Div. 1.9%

Good mgmt

Access to MJ deals that very few can access

The problem I see is that MJ investors are speculators at heart and want that one idea that might take off... not a sensible slow and steady one with 'boring' financial deals... and institutions want larger cap big ones. 

So we seem caught in the middle for now.  But at this price seems a great way to play the sector if you care at all about risk.
