RE:Estore sucks, I'm outAgree about the clunkiness of the Aeroplan eStore.

In an Amazon "1 Click" online world, every click on an e-commerce website is critical.

I have spent about 25k over the past 6 months at partners and have collected 0 points, through the estore and some times not. The estore is cumbersome, and it takes much more time to go to a retailers website through the clunky and poorly designed estore than to just go to the website and order what you want. Aeroplan just seems to be too much of a waste of time. I called customer service and was given no explanation of why points were not accumulated and I was told basic information from their website.  I'm not sure how this company is actually making money maybe by ripping off their partners or loyalty members.
