So Jeff says, please wait until we have all our ducks in a row before delivering the PO.

So, Schiff - It seems that Jeff may already have or is about to have all the ducks in a row and that the PO may well have already been submitted or is about to be submitted and we are waiting for the 40% advance to make it a contract. We don't know what part of all this was the trigger for the halt so we can't know that the 40% must come within 10 days of the halt. Depending on what other than the PO is involved in the halt the PO might be submitted at the beginning of the halt or any tiime in the midst of the halt. Therefore we could be waiting anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks before a resumption.

N'est ce pas?
