You forget that shares won't come from nowhere, they will be exchanged for company that was producing more weed... It's a reason, why CEO was asked, are your afraid that Medreleaf will take you over? I've seen these things happening in different sectors, even was working for company that was acquired, they did a coup and then sold their parent
