Christina Lake Project is a multi-phased project, located 150 kilometers south of Fort McMurray in northeast Alberta. It comprised of approximately 200 square kilometers of leases.

I expect he wanted to try and do something short term to boost stock price that would hurt the company long term and the bod didn't agree. Adios I say ..he only came on the board in November 2017.. so hardly there.
