RE:RE:NMX is rated a 'Strong buy'Sure seems like everyone agrees its a strong buy. Question is how long before it pans out?
I am personnaly very deep and willing to wait it out. I do not see how this could flop. It is expected to be the lowest (or one of the lowest) high grade producers in the world. The powerplant is next door. The product is without a doubt going to be in high demand and financing is already secure.
I do agree that management has shown to be less that competent. Financing was important to get but the dillution some have been stuck dealing with is unacceptable. I am glad I came in after the financing but still believe those who did before will be fine in the medium term.
All that to say, its a question of time. The rock isn't going anywhere. The deposits are proven. Conversion method may need some tweaks but it'll happen one way or another. Large players / governement have supported/invested. Route to profitability begins in 12 months according to all information out there.
I hate waiting but 12 months to go from $0.80 to $1.50 (base conservative case per BMO report, being the most thorough I have found) is definitely not a bad return.
Many potential catalysts relating to strategic investments made and processing other miner's supply are not being factored. The recent drop is seen across many lithium miners with much less potential and without secured financing. This stock simply lost it's support after the financing. Everyone interested got in earlier and now support is scarce. The institutions will pull this up either through new interest or through additional investment somewhere between now and profitability.
At this price, this is a no brainer for anyone who is willing/able to live through the volatility but it is true that I do not see the reason to rush in. I will regret having gotten in this early until the boat leaves but once it does leave, I'll be glad to be on it. I've missed too many other opportunities waiting for the perfect time to buy in.
Just my 2 cents.. and many many more thousands invested
