Another ridiculously selective post designed to mislead. Either that or you are so totally bent out of shape over IDM you can't see straight. Yes IDM has 9 executives - managers are not corporate executives. Vale has a CEO, 8 Executive Vice Presidents, 21 dircetors and then CEO's and VP positions for every country they work in. Guess you didnt do your DD.

look at the corporate site from Brazil.
Figure compare the head office to the head office.

I see you did not even touch the main point of the post. Please do tell us the need for two IR co-ordinators.
Especially since they reduced spending on IR.
