I wrote “unless you can find another reason...” inviting the possibility that my presumption was wrong.
Fact is:
1. The pattern did not manifest itself until preferreds were converting.
2. Point 1 makes is qualify as “odd”.
3. None of the large block trades has been at a price above closing. Therefore, my statement hat it is “keeping the SP down” is solid.
