Unifor says it has reached a tentative contract agreement with Great Canadian Casino Corp. for some 1,800 workers at five Ontario casinos.
The union says staff at Casino Ajax, Great Blue Heron Casino, Elements Casino Brantford, in addition to security workers at Woodbine Casino and Elements Casino Mohawk, will vote on the contract later this week.
Unifor says the contents of the agreement won't be revealed until after the ratification process.
Great Canadian Casino boasts 9,400 employees at 28 properties in Ontario, B.C., Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Washington State.
