incompetent management team and the fact that I believe PL wanted to wait and partner 4050 AFTER the additional Alstrom data was gathered from the phase 2 trial, which did in fact attract additional interested potential 4050 partners, inwhich after a deal is is signed will fund the upcoming IPF phase 3 IPF trial, pay PLI upfront money, and pay PLI milestones payments.
