To me, I think "they" are watching retail eat each other up, then they will come back in when there is lot's on the ask. If that is true, "they" won't want it to go down too much more or the incline will be harder to reel the retail in for another round at the game. The long's should be holding strong if they believe in the value and progress ICO has made. GLTA!
