Depends on how big the PO is. The contract is for minimum PO's within given times. The 1st PO may be for only $5 million or it may be for $200 million. There is no reason for the 1st PO to be $50 million.

"The Agreement includes annual minimum purchase volumes – USD$50MM for 2017 through December 31, 2018 – which must be met in order for certain Distributor provisions to remain in effect"

It's possible (many, many possible variations) it will go something like this: If the 1st PO is for $5 million the stock will probably go down because we'll be disappointed and then recover as we realize the distributor has got things moving. If it's for $100 million we'll open at $1.00+ and go higher.

Like that. But no chance exactly like that.
