Jeff seems to think that US$191m is the value (profit) of the project and this is based on the commonly discounted cash flow calculation. This figure is referenced in the relevant news release on this topic. The $951m includes damages and punitive claim due to the alleged fraud and filing of the claim referencing RICO. See the NR.
