Lack of DisclosureMaxmoe, I agree with your assessment of the situation particularly at this stage of our development with only 4 or 5 months until expected production.
Personally I have sold 85% of my holdings over the past year for the very reasons you outline. It is really frustrating to have potential new investors such as yourself avoiding hitting the buy button as we are a very closely held company with very low volume and could benefit from new money but management has mushroomed investors for a long time with claims of confidentiality issues. I have also been critical of their lack of promotion to gain new participants and inform existing shareholders.
My big concern has been and still is the ability to become a viable operation with only one agreement in place for supplying up to 200,000 tons of product to OC for eglass production. This will only gross around $30 Million per year and, IMHO, we cannot survive without additional tonnage and new customers They have been in "advanced negotations" for several years to get more agreements for e-glass and the coatings, paint and filler producers. Why no additional Off-Takes?
It is very disappointing not to be able to better evaluate our investment in Hud. There are a number of long standing shareholders like myself on this Board and from past comments substantial holdings were indicated. Be careful unless the Company provides more details.
