RE:RE:RE:RE:Negotiations.RYUcan - No, the Board will not sell "for cheap." They well know the value of the property and are making changes to further explore without dilution, if necessary. There is no reason whatsoever to "give it away." The dynamics of the company's culture have changed 180 degrees since getting rid of that loathsome former CEO with all his dishonesty and dirty tricks. Alexandria is under no pressure to take a bad deal. They have stated to shareholders they will MAXIMIZE value to ALL shareholders and I have no reason to believe otherwise.
