RE:9 cent warrentsThe SP would have to be at or above .09 and within the expiry time frame (24 months from the close of the financing around April 2017), I assume you are referring to the ES 33m warrants.

I think at this stage though it's probably not very realistic but 9 months is a long time to go, that's also about a 100% premium from where we are right now. The only other scenario I could see on a long shot is exercising them to have more control on say a vote to sell or to block a hostile buyout (say AE), both seem unlikely to me however as well.

The FG lost the vote and we will see what happens from here, I have a weird feeling EO isn't done just yet judging by his previous efforts but we shall see. I hope he is done though, AZX needs to move on one way or another the shareholders are sick of dead money and having the exploration program stuck in neutral.
