What does Yelp have to do with HS ?

Yelp gathers its information from public Data sites for the sole purpose to give customers a green light or red light to eat at an establishment.

HS works with the governing bodies to do safety inspections and collect and compiled the data. What’s any if this have to do with HS?

Maybe. But the horse is out of the gate, no? Has HS approached them with a solution to their initiative? This was a key initiative the company was focused on before ex-CEO Peter decided to terminate it. With the contracts and contacts HS has, this would seem to be an obvious initiative.
