Yeah if they don't have some major news by the legalization date I'm sure there will be a lot of people dumping - for good reason.  From their last news release regarding the enterprise platform it was supposed to be ready to go for the "summer" legalization date which was orginally thought to be July 1st.  So either they weren't ready to their own schedule or they are holding off until the Fall legalization date (which is a better time for major news anywarys) and giving themselves some more time to do tweaks and improvements to their platform and gather more clients.      

Roger doesn't like to drop "minor" news according to an EG write up so when news does come out it should be a doozie - or the shareprice will get slapped around accordingly.  But the market only has so much patience so if he doesn't produce something in a timely manner CYX shareprice will be punished further.  All that said I wouldn't be dumping now - definitely worth the wait until the legalization date at a minimum.
