Hamilton construction changed but not a huge problem. Can build 2 seperate 21,000 sq ft facilities - hence purchase of extra acre land instead of one 40,000 sq ft facility. CAPEX increased by ~2mil but is pennies in grand scheme of things.

BC Buildout no issue at all. Mission, BC location is on industrially zoned land controlled by province, not ALR. Delta facility already built out and grandfathered in.
