Pure garbage lol. 51st raised $16 million and now this combined company wants to raise $50 million and after they have together raised $67 million of the new company will have 3.4 billion shares fully diluted and a market cap of $378.4 million at a share price of $0.11. And the company won't be selling cannabis until 2020.
Before raising $50 million they are valuing the company at $328.4 million and have raised $16 million. If you want to buy one dollar from me for $20 I will round up as many loonies as I can find. No way any investor with even a bit of sense invests in this deal. It's pump and dump 101.
