that was just another bad investment by EAT that is so convoluted in lawsuits and bullchit that it should only be taken as bullchit.  I do agree that California could save this company and I really believe that we need one successful State as an asset before we continue grabbing a piece of everydeal that flys by.  Excessive burn of funds raised only goes on so long before it burns out and investors won't touch it.  glta and dyodd
