Article by Fool written poorly by novice like you... They are talking about yesterday drop, in the same time, talking about closing transaction for Medreleaf down the road during summer. It's like copy paste, not an analytical story. Typical short article. Doesn't mention about author position (share ownership - long or short; or no involvement).
