So much garbage on this board

I have sat back and watched kaly and this board for a long while. Everyone always saying this is a scam? Why? This is a venture stock that is involved in an experiment, of course there is risk and the price is going to fluctuate!! As for this garbage financing that will cause dilution, who cares??? You think the company wanted this? Of course not , but they also need money to get to where we are going.... PHASE 3.... I don’t think they exactly had a choice. Salzman is behind beetlebung and Salzman group... duhhh . So what... what does that prove to you?? Lots of companies have subsidiaries for tax purposes or other things. Has Kaly hidden this fact? No.. of course it’s going to Be hard to see price momentum when Salzman group has to dump shares into the bid 10 days in a row every month...This so called “group” everyone says is getting out. You think it’s possible it is same group that exercised their warrants so they are selling and basically free riding on the shares they have? Or selling to buy back into this private placement Andy gain a half warrant! You remember last December when we went from 8 cents to 58 cents after the finanacing . Why? Cause smart money fleeces all you bullboard  rookies who don’t have the stomach to stick it out. We are closer to goal than we were in December and people are selling? Everyone said oh the beetlebung news is bad because Andrew Salzman owns that company and we can’t find anything on it. Who cares again. We added more promise to the pipeline. Maybe it’s a holding company or a company to save some taxes. Does that matter?  For people who believed in the company and drug but are selling just when they have a meeting with the FDA? Does that seem logical to you? Or maybe these people have a different motivation? Could Be paid bashers to keep price down so the big investor gets there share bonanza private placement at 11 cents. It’s a feedback meeting to move to phase 3.. it’s not a approval meeting and the share price won’t bump because of that. The FDA will give feedback on how the study needs to proceed  and then kaly will apply. If no feedback from FDA after 30 days then it’s approved to go. It’s peoples right to buy and sell if they want. But don’t buy and sell on paranoia and this bullboard, buy and sell on the science . This is a long term play and lots of risk involved .
