These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:Based on the recent stock price directionWhat a disaster HBC has turned into. Retail shareholders will likely never see any reward for HBC real estate value, since Baker and the rest of his gang will just suck this company dry.
