Termination of TKO Edibles Agreement


The Company would like to advise that it is no longer proceeding with its its previously announced arrangement (see press release dated January 2, 2018) to finance the build out of the TKO Products LLC ("TKO") manufacturing facility, and does not expect to exercise its option to acquire an interest in the TKO business.
