RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:look at bashers and misleading information for last 3 monthsrather - shares were bought but there is a trade restriction and held in escrow. Escrow would be your brokerage company - third party. So when the shares are free-trading then there is usually additional supply and selling pressure.
