RE:LEAF shareholders were had! Filing Complaint!Long... Good luck to you, there are no violations. All smart investors, either sold their Leaf shares at higher prices, when it was $30's, or sold ACB short, which resulted in taking some additional premium... Expecting that everything will be going up is not attainable... It wasn't a cash deal... Everywhere in news people were saying that one way to bring cost of acquisition is by lowering stock price of ACB.
