The Cortland International segment consists of Tufropes and Cortland Industrial LLC (Cortland). Cortland is a designer, manufacturer, and supplier of technology advanced synthetic ropes, slings, and tethers to the aerospace & defense, marine, renewables, and other diversified industrial end markets. The Holdings segment includes investments in Clear Media Limited, Kognitiv, as well as minority investments in various public company securities and limited partnerships.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Love my morning news alert uber, AC supposedly requested proposals from the banks in Q1 of this year.  So they have most likely received the proposals and performed their analysis.  I bet the numbers were grim.  I also saw a comment from AC that they would return to negotiating with the banks should Aimia not accept their bid.
