looks like a 5k position drives this up 20%, so a 10% position would take $5 min, only way is a bought deal but that would mess with Bell and other unless they sell position or position, only thing left is to pump it and purge, meaning to re align shareholders % or rid (someone) of an unwanted feeling, memory, or condition, typically giving a sense of cathartic release, bell could sell to someone like a fairfax or partial, Id also watch the PQ side of buying/Consoliating imo
