Either this whole bidding process is a government sham (We tried but we couldn’t make it work) or SICPA hopes to pull the usual stunt of “renegotiating / modifying” the contract after it’s awarded. If so, Authentix won’t just roll over and let this happen.
 
Either way, to look at it as “guaranteed” or even potential future EUO revenue is imo foolish.
