Yes, but will they be able to find any buyers for their stuff since it looks like they have been shut out of every single announced supply agreement to date so far.

You can grow the stuff, but if you can't sell it, then what's the point.  Especially when it's anticipated that their will be a huge over supply scenario within a couple of years by the time they have everything up and running.
