RE:RE:Juva's $20 Million Revenue? Or $2.5 Million ?

RE:RE:Juva's $20 Million Revenue? Or $2.5 Million ?So, If Juva Opens at $.33-44 Cents   (10x revenue of Juva plus $11 mill cash) (=$0.033-$0.044 per ew share)

if David fire sales the assets of EW for 10-15 million,
Each Share of EW will be worth $.14 - $.20

add the new EW share after the fire sale plus Juva and each $.10 share we currently own should be  worth $.14- $.20 in 60-90 days "if David Firesales the oil assetts to his homeboys"

I have 0 experience with a company going private so I have no idea if were getting screwed there but i strongly believe Romania and New Zealand are worth a lot more than 10-15 million, so I know were getting screwed here if thats the road David takes.

Then you can tack on whatever multiple you want to Juva
10x
20x
50x
100x

So on the low end each one of your current EW shares shoud be worth a minimun of $.14 and if you tack on 100x revenue  could be worth $.49 Cents.   If we get the real Value of our Oil assetts in Romania and New Zealand then we should be in the $2-3 range per share, but going private, I have no idea how we get the money.

I was looking for EW oil assetts to eventually be worth  $1.50-3.00 per share w/o Juva.

Anyone wanna tell me im way off?  I'd love to hear that Im way off or that I completely screwed the math up.
