RE:Private PlacementFreelunch5, if there was no warrants the PP would be .10 cents you have to give the PP participants a chance at a above market return for an unproven stock ( Revenue /cash flow positive ) or they will not put up their money simple as that,you may believe but others need a incentive which are the warrants..
