Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund is a Canada-based company that operates a diversified business providing industrial chemicals and services to customers in North America and around the world. The Company's segments include Sulphur and Water Chemicals (SWC), and Electrochemicals (EC). SWC segment markets, removes and/or produces merchant, Regen and sulphuric acid, sodium hydrosulphite, elemental sulphur, liquid sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, sodium bisulphite, and sulphides, and provides other processing services. This segment also manufactures and markets a variety of inorganic coagulants used in water treatment, including aluminum sulphate, and a number of specialty chemicals, including sodium nitrite. EC segment manufactures and markets sodium chlorate and chlor-alkali products including caustic soda, chlorine and HCl, largely for the pulp and paper, oil and gas and water treatment industries. These products are marketed primarily to North American and South American customers.

RE:RE:Payout RatioThank-you factRbest. I appreciated your first reply. I use REIT as a blanket term for this type of investment, my bad, I guess. Some people call a peanut a nut when most people know it to be a legume or take a tomato, vegetable or fruit? People call things by different names but their meaning is clear and the communication is understood. I’m interested in sharing information and helping when needed, not so much in semantics.
 
That said here are 2 “recent” articles which basically express caution. They don’t say don’t invest here but more keep it on a watchlist to see how it plays out. Increased revenues and clarity on the litigation in the US will go a long way making me comfortable investing here. I’ll watch and happily pay more when I’m confident it’s on its way to $20 and not $8. Thanks again.
