  • The cost of 3 shares is $1.30 divide that by 3 for the per share cost after exercising the warrants and you have an average cost of 0.4333 per share.
  • in addition the company gets the money raised through the sale of the warrants which conceivably will enhance sp
  • while what these pp investors pay is $0.03 cent more than what EW shareholders pay it is not unusual for pps to be done at a discount. This in my mind is a modest discount.
  • Im happy Mr Sidoo took this initiative and responded to shareholders concerns. Who knows what the future holds for the O&G assets. I hope they are sold in short order, and I doubt that they will be given away when they are sold
  • I hope the endeavour will be successful and I intend to vote in favour of the proposal
