RE:RE:RE:Questioning Deal Value w/o Better Warrants Considerations
  • Good argument certainly depends on your perspective. You do take some leaps Your initiative post suggested that you had mixed feelings as to where JUVA would be at opening and hence you wondered if youd be better off receiving $0.045 per share as a distribution.... now we are taking about JUVA trading at $2.
  • The private placement involves new money going into the treasury and in so doing further enriching the company and likely increasing its value.
  • The $0.45 from the Treasury which is used by the company to buy you one share for every ten you own is an expenditure by the company to bring you extra value similar to money paid to drill a well or do promotion. The well could be dry the promotion can fail or JUVA could fail.... thats business..you give it your best and then hope ypu succeed.
  • Of course you can argue that you should get more ... and the people at JUVA could argue the same they are giving up a part of their company and their expertise, EW shareholders contribute 4 million, and the private placement i believe brings in more than 10 million ( dont have the exact numbers here but i believe its even more when including the exercised warrants  )
  • I believe the deal is an attempt at giving shreholders the best value and for that reason I support the proposal GLTA whtever you do !
