The good, the bad, and the ugly.

The good, the bad, and the ugly.It appears that there was an interview with, Sidoo that elicited a lot of thoughts this weekend, both positive and negative on the proposed deal. I might add.....which is subject to shareholder approval. Many are adament that this is a bad deal for shareholders and we're getting screwed.  Some believe this is a good deal, and shareholders have the potential to get in on the ground floor of a well run cannabis company that will richly reward shareholders. For me the bottomline is that existing shreholders retain  the potential of Romania/NIS, which I believe will be very rewarding. I also believe NIS will pay up to gain 100% control of Romania, and that, Sidoo is lowballing the potential of this transaction. I also think a deal could take place well prior to the start of Juva trading on the CSE. Bottomline, I'm voting for the deal. Go Juva. Go NIS.
