Another relevant HotCopper postLooks like the company just might be a lamb heading to slaughter.  Looks like some Aissie collusion is underway to take over ECS--would explain why all actors are Australian.  Poison pill?  What if the mgmt supports all of this with the proviso that they get a sweet deal?  Anyone interested in more cookies and scrapbooking?
