The bond offering has not been released (350mil USD, 455mil CAD) and nor has Orion's streaming agreement been firmed up (150mil USD, 195mil CAD). Bonds have a Long stop date of August 30, 2018.

Once Orion's first tranche (75mil USD) is released, I am certain we'll seel the bonds released from escrow soon after. Orion's agreement expired December 30, 2018 (after the bond offering).
