RE:RE:RE:RE:dilutionSelling off projects that remian in line with the company's core business direction isn't a good plan, unless absolutely necessary, or unless are getting paid one heck of a premium for it. You would also want the payout to be a combination of cash and shares and with an NSR kicker.
Unfortunately right now you can't look at valuations on properties from bygone eras; the way valuations are done and the NAV mutliplier the markets will suport are substantially different than they were.
The company is in lousy financial situation based on the latest filings and what I have been told by the CFO; however, I am under the impression that productoin has improved. I believe Tangier is either producting or very close as well and that means they should have improved cash flow and that can get you thru some pretty tough times. If the company has a plan and they have just been lying low while they get things in order they certainly can bounce back, they just haven't provided any concrete information to support that theory, other than they are still here.
