You got that right, Like you said it works out in the wash. Here is what trade said about Q2 Latest Research (27 July 2018) OUR TAKE: Cash flow per share generation was modestly ahead of our expectation, and production was in line for Q2. Market reaction was more focused on the guidance update, which left the capital budget unchanged but lowered annual average production and left the exit rate unspecified. Board, management, and strategy reviews and renewal are underway, with timely updates expected in the near future. We see value in the stock but also acknowledge interim patience with change is also required. We maintain our Sector Outperform rating, but have elected to reduce our price target by $1 to $14
