RE:RE:RE:I will not be voting for this JUVA deal, I am CONCERNED..
  • Sam do you really have to characterize anyone who doesnt reach the same conclusions as you as unwise? You have made your position clear and i respect that. However after reviewing what we know so far I have not come to the same conclusion. Really you lost me a while back when you suggested there was something nefarious about Taylor's departure. Im ok with the proposal with what we know so far.
  • there are some unknowns hopefully the filing will answer these, if not someone should call Sidoo or the company and get answers.
  • one reason to take newco off the market is the market has been very unkind to small cap producers, there may be better ways to extract value outside the market ie buyout by TAG or NIS or another intersted party
  • There is nothing i know so far which is a deal breaker, but if shareholders have no voting rights in Newco that is a deal breaker for me
  • Bottom line the share price has been going nowhere even though everyone has the same info as we do on the potential. And even though we didnt want it that way, thats what it was! Shareholders told the company they wanted them to be more active in creating value and they responded. What is the alternative ?
  • I believe JUVA unlocks value for shareholders, but yes it has to trade at $1.00 for shareholders to reach the current value of their EW investment if you assign zero to the oil and gas assets.
  • if JUVA trades at what the pp is priced at and the oil and gas assets are valued at $0.10 then investors see a 35% increase the day it starts trading. Given the way this sector trades at the moment I believe itwill tade much higher than that in short order , but that is just my opinion.
