RE:Complete termination of all existing business...Ringert: To only blame BR for this mess is easy but completely incorrect. Had the BOD done its job all along, it would have never gotten this bad.
 
Now, keep in mind that this is the very same BOD which is running things now. The one which has just written off each and every asset EUO ever had while selling the SICPA royalty for 50 cents on the dollar and they did all this without any indication of what comes next.
