He sold Bioganix, lock stock and barrel to Relevium for cash and stock and a convertible note.  He has converted the note to stock and has been selling dribs and drabs here and there when he needs more cash.  Other than that his only connection with RLV is that he is over the 10% equity ownership, thus must file all his transactions on SEDI.com.
