RE:steakhouse You took the words right out of my mouth.  Now no more politics on this board.  This is the eColbalt blog and lets keep to that subject.  Their are plenty of political boards if one has such desire to go there.

Not sure what is going on with management but any low ball takeout will hurt them as much as us stockholders.  They want as much for their shares as we do.  Human nature.  Just my opinion.
